Features & Fixes Details
Added a new service task for Drop Warnings
OpsAdmin has a new service task that sends notifications to the customers with accounts that has a Drop Warning market status.
The notifications are sent via an Autoresponder with the New Drop Warning trigger.
The service logs its activity in the System Log with the trigger New Drop Warning.
Now the ETF popup shows the ETF status
The ETF Amount popups now show the Invoice status. A hyphen will be used in case there’s no status available.
Assign drops to agents and new access rules for drops screens
Now the system allows to assign a drop to a user and only allow each user to view and work in their assigned drops. To do this, there is a new option in the Drops Manager main screen where a manager can assign an agent to each drop (the role Assign Agent Drops System is required to view this option):
That way, every user that has the role Agent Display Drop Records Assigned associated, will only see their drops in each Drop screen, since the corresponding filter will be disabled with the current user selected.
Finally a new set of roles have been added to disable the export options in all the Drops screens.
New access rules for Customer Support
There are several new roles to disable Customer Support features:
- Hide Customer Account Login Button
- Hide Notes Buttons
- Hide Courtesy Plan Reassign Tab
- View Reduced Filter
The last role hide most of the filter options in the Customer Support screen and disables the initial search when the page loads, to enforce the user to search and focus on a single customer.
Added ESG Tokes to Enrollments Table
Now the system imports the ESG tokens and presents it in the Enrollment Manager, in the Product Information section. This tokens consists in the Customer Token, the Customer Account Token, and the Account Package Token, separated by hyphens.
A new permission allows to ignore the future-dated enrollments window
The new role Enrollments - Skip FutureDated TimeRestriction allows to ignore the time frame window configured in the Market Manager.
When the user has this role assigned, he can generate enrollments with higher start dates than the limit established from Quick Enrollments and Sales Importer.
Sales Importer now offers import options for massive retry
The system now shows in Sales Importer a new popup that allows to select how to import the enrollments when multiple records with the same error message are selected.
The error messages that will show this pop are the following:
- Is ReEnroll Process.
- The user already exist in the system.
- Account already exists in the system.
